The chimeric monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) are antibodies where a part of a parent mAb has been replaced with a different species backbone.
- Chimeric antibodies contain the same binding domain as the parental source (same clone UID as rabbit parent)
- Rabbit Fc > Mouse/Feline/Horse Fc
- 30 neuronal markers and T-sizes available
- Fully validated against the parent clone
- Chimeric antibodies integrate seamlessly into existing host species -based low-plex IF protocols (e.g. same fixation, permeabilization)
